Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact WearEvers with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of approval.

  • The item must be in its original condition and free from damage caused after delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

If the item is returned damaged, altered, missing components, or otherwise not in its original condition, a full refund may be denied or adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact WearEvers within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

In these situations, WearEvers will work with you to provide a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
